Terms of Service

Forsah Company for Investment, Training, and Development Last Updated: December 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided Forsah offers project development, investment facilitation, training programs, business management consulting, and e-commerce solutions. All services are delivered professionally and in accordance with agreed project scopes.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Make payments according to agreed timelines.
  • Respect intellectual property and confidentiality agreements.

4. Payment Terms

  • Quotations are valid for 30 days.
  • 50% advance payment is required for most services (customizable by agreement).
  • Final payment is due upon project delivery or milestone completion.
  • All fees are non-refundable after service commencement, except in cases of agreed cancellation.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Materials created for clients (business plans, designs, websites, etc.) become client property upon full payment.
  • Forsah retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio (unless confidentiality is requested).

6. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep all sensitive information confidential during and after the project duration.

7. Limitation of Liability Forsah is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

8. Termination Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches material obligations. Outstanding fees remain payable.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq.

10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
